One of the most difficult things for the alumni office is getting alums to update their contact information and keep us posted on what is happening on their day to day. It is also difficult to maintain contact with each other when we don’t know if someone moved or changed telephones or e-mail addresses. This is one of the biggest challenges and although we feel we have accomplished a lot through our website and the hard work of our class agents; we know we can do much better if there was more direct involvement from the alums. That is the reason we decided to work with an online community service provider.
